How does the token credit system work?
Your monthly subscription includes a credit allocation that can be used for AI model inferences, token generation, and other services. Different models and features consume different amounts of credits based on their computational requirements.
What happens if I use all my monthly credits?
If you exhaust your included credits, you can purchase additional credits at any time. Your account will never be charged automatically beyond your plan's allocation without your explicit consent.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new features become available immediately. When downgrading, changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What does "bring your own keys" mean?
Pro plan users can connect their own API keys from supported AI providers (like OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) to use those services directly through our platform, potentially reducing costs if you have negotiated rates with those providers. This also allows you to access any custom fine-tuned models you may have created with these providers, giving you the flexibility to use both our optimized models and your specialized ones. Additionally, Pro plan includes Ollama integration, enabling you to run open-source models locally on your hardware while still benefiting from our platform's organization and enhancement features.
Which AI providers do you support?
We support all major AI providers including OpenAI (GPT models), Anthropic (Claude models), Google (Gemini models), and more. We also offer integration with Ollama (in Pro plan), allowing you to run open-source models locally while leveraging our platform's organization and enhancement features.
Is there a free trial available?
While we previously offered a traditional free trial, we've found that our $5/month Starter tier is so affordable that most users prefer to start there instead. This gives you immediate access to all core features with real usage credits, allowing you to experience the full platform rather than a limited trial version.
How is billing handled?
We use Stripe, a secure industry-leading payment processor, to handle all transactions. Your payment information is never stored on our servers. As an EU-based company, we provide fully compliant EU VAT invoices for all transactions, which are available in your account dashboard. All pricing is displayed in USD but billed in accordance with EU regulations.
How secure is my data?
We employ industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit. Your data is never used to train our models without explicit permission, and we offer features for handling sensitive information in compliance with regulations.
